PAINTING IS SELF DISCOVERY. EVERY GOOD ARTIST PAINTS WHAT HE IS. (OR SHE)

QUOTE from Pablo Picasso
ART washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.
I love this quote.

HOMAGE TO A DOE

years ago while deer
hunting I watched a
little doe come towards
me in a stand of hardwoods
with her head down. I
stopped & she came right
up to me. I could have
patted her but she didn't
seem to know I was there.
she must have been sick.
I never forgot her.
