2nd plein air painting of 2021

                                 edge of Berlin Pond on a very windy, sunny, and cold late afternoon.

                               needed to quickly put in my underpainting and pack up to leave. painting today with                                Joyce. we tried to access the backside of the pond, but afraid to pass through the                                       deep ruts after the first encounter.  couldn't put our easels up, so tried to hand hold                                   my linen panel.  finished at home.. we are hardy Vermont stock!  or I am anyway.

 a lovely little pot of primoses.  I had the need to bring home a spot of coming spring.  I have always had primroses that I just love with their perky faces.  not so sure of a white tray and black background.
